ADULT PSYCHOTHERAPY

Psychotherapy, also called individual therapy, is
the process where a one-on-one takes places
between the client and a trained mental health
clinician in a safe and confidential, yet
comfortable setting.

This counselling opens a path for clients to
connect with their feelings, beliefs, behaviour,
work through memories, identify aspects which
they would want to change, set desired goals
and work to achieving desired change.

RELATIONSHIP THERAPY

Relationship therapy is for clients that are in a
relationship, whether they are married or not. The goal of relationship therapy is to improve the connection/relationship between two partners.

Therapy may include sessions designed to look
at problem solving, communication skills, life
goals and relationship responsibilities. These
and more topics such as infidelity, finances,
illness, life changes can be addressed to be
improved.

TRAUMA DEBRIEFING

Trauma counselling is a form of psychotherapy
that aims to help people cope with the physical,
emotional, social, spiritual and cognitive
responses to loss.

Negative after effects of emotional trauma
addressed, include depression, PTSD,
flashbacks, sleeplessness, eating disorders,
hopelessness, anxiety and fear, stress, memory
loss, nightmares, anger, and more.
